Your employer contracts with Tax Deferred Solutions to provide administration for its plans. Only your employer has the right to choose the plan administrator. Because the administrator is the main point of communication within the plan and coordinates information between all parties, only one administrator can be utilized and you may not work with another third party plan administrator. If you have any concern regarding Tax Deferred Solutions please contact our Operations Manager immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
